DSC_4040Rhonda Coombs, Transcription Project Manager, commenced employment with Royal Reporting in 2009.   Rhonda started as a Professional Legal Transcriptionist and quickly moved on to Transcription Project Manager.   Rhonda came from working in a law office for over 12 years and was very familiar with transcripts and the legal terminology required for producing transcripts.   Rhonda has taken numerous courses since starting at Royal Reporting to enhance her transcription management in the area of quality control, proofreading, computer software applications, in order that she can train new recruits in the professional career of transcription services.  Rhonda manages contracts, which require the highest of confidentiality, manages over 20 staff members, and also is in continuous contact with the clients and transcriptionists, proofreaders, and court reporters in relation to her specific projects.   Rhonda also works closely with the Project Managers of Royal Reporting in order that she is abreast of the day-to-day workings of the company.
